Soil Testing & Geotechnical Investigation Services (30m Depth – 6 Test Points) at Kord BD Ltd.
30m soil testing (6 points), including laboratory analysis and mobilization. Our team is ready to deploy immediately to deliver reliable, audit-compliant results.
Project Overview
STech Engineering executed a comprehensive Geotechnical Investigation and Soil Testing project for industrial facility planning. The scope encompassed field boring, soil sampling, and laboratory testing across 6 designated locations down to a depth of 30 meters each, delivering audit-compliant engineering data for foundation design.

Key Scope of Work
Site Mobilization & Setup: Transportation of drilling rigs, field apparatus, and engineering personnel to the project site.
Borehole Drilling: Wash boring and drilling up to a total depth of 30 meters across 10 strategic test points.
Standard Penetration Testing (SPT): Field execution of SPT (N-value measurement) at 1.5-meter intervals to evaluate soil density and subsoil strength profiles.
Soil Sample Collection: Retrieval of disturbed and undisturbed soil samples sealed in specialized containers to preserve natural moisture and stratigraphy.
Laboratory Analysis: Grain size analysis (sieve analysis), moisture content determination, Atterberg limits, and direct shear testing at an authorized laboratory.
Geotechnical Engineering Report: Generation of an audit-compliant technical report providing soil stratigraphy profiles, allowable soil bearing capacity, and structural foundation design recommendations (shallow footings vs. pile foundations).
