1. INTRODUCTION

STech Engineering is pleased to announce the opening of an affiliate marketing network to expand our project outreach and client acquisition. We are inviting motivated, self-driven individuals to join as "Affiliated Marketing Executives" on a fully remote/online basis. This initiative is designed to offer flexible working arrangements with attractive, performance-driven returns.

2. KEY HIGHLIGHTS

- Work Mode: Fully Remote / Online (No office presence required)

- Target Participants: Open to unemployed individuals, current job holders, and university/college students

- Income Nature: Structured to serve as a flexible/passive income source alongside academic or professional commitments

- Profit Sharing: 20% – 25% of net profit for every successfully closed project

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. (Any discipline; technical/engineering background preferred)

- Basic proficiency in digital communication, networking, and client outreach

- Self-motivated, ethical, and capable of working independently

- No prior sales/marketing experience required; training & resource kits will be provided

4. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Transparent profit-sharing model (20%–25% per successfully delivered & paid project)
